Is simply does not exist. That is my issue. And no matter how many times I reinstall, and play it for a couple hours, it still isn't there. I don't have other drives. I've followed the instructions given by videos and written guides alike.

The folder simply does not exist, and I don't think I can just create one. I know how to install the mod, I just can't. Ok, I'll try it. Okay I need help. I've followed numerous tutorials and I've combed through forums like this one and for the life of me I cannot get mods to work at all on my PC.
